At Little Buds Flowers, customer satisfaction is essential to us. As our products include fresh flowers and perishable items, returns and refunds are handled under specific conditions outlined below.

By placing an order with us, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.


1. Returns

Due to the nature of fresh flowers and floral arrangements, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, if you receive an order that is:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Of unsatisfactory quality

Please contact us within the time frame mentioned below so we can review your concern.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once verified, we may offer a replacement or partial/full refund, depending on the situation.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • Flowers were significantly damaged upon arrival.
  • The order could not be delivered due to our error

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Minor variations in flower colour or arrangement (seasonal availability)
  • Delays caused by incorrect delivery details
  • Change of mind after order confirmation

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.
  • Once an order is prepared or out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.
  • Same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us.


6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Customised or personalised floral arrangements
  • Special event orders (weddings, corporate events)
  • Same-day delivery orders are once processed.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If eligible, a replacement or refund will be provided instead.
