Refund Policy
At Little Buds L.L.C-FZ, we are committed to ensuring that every order reaches you fresh and in perfect condition. We take your satisfaction seriously and provide clear guidelines for returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds.
Reporting Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Because flowers and plants are perishable, all issues must be reported on the same day of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Contact us immediately at littlebudshere@gmail.com or +971 509042120 if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Returns & Replacements

Eligibility: Returns or replacements are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Condition: To be eligible for a return on non-perishable items, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Freshness Guarantee: Items delivered correctly and in good condition, including all flowers and perishable items, are non-returnable.

Process: To start a return, contact us at littlebudshere@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to: JVC, Shop 5, Alcove Residence, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

Exchanges: Exchanges for damaged items will be delivered free of charge within Dubai.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (such as fresh flowers or plants).

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized arrangements).

Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Sale items and gift cards.
Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before processing or dispatch.

Once an order has been processed, prepared by our florists, or dispatched for delivery, cancellations are not permitted.
Refunds

Method: Approved refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment.

Timeline: Once we have inspected the return and approved the refund, it will be processed within 10 to 45 business days, depending on the issuing bank of your card.

Payment Security
We do not pass any debit or credit card details to third parties. All payments are processed securely, and your personal and financial information is protected.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. This applies only to non-perishable goods. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
